Refund Policy

Overview

Tryviago offers AI-generated travel plans using a credit system. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchased credits.

Free Tier

Every registered user receives 1 free plan per day at no cost. No payment is required to use the free tier.

Paid Credits

Additional credits can be purchased to generate more plans. Credits are:

  • Non-expiring — unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
  • Non-transferable — credits cannot be transferred to another account
  • Consumed on use — a credit is deducted when a plan is successfully generated

Refund Eligibility

Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • No credits from that purchase have been used
  • The request is made within 7 days of the original transaction
  • The purchase was made in error or due to a technical issue on our platform

Used credits are non-refundable. Once a plan has been generated using a credit, that credit cannot be refunded, regardless of satisfaction with the AI-generated output.

No Refund for AI Output Quality

Tryviago generates travel plans using AI. We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated itinerary
  • Inaccurate prices or availability in the generated plan
  • Changes in travel conditions after plan generation
  • Plans that did not meet personal expectations
⚠️ AI-generated content is provided as a starting point for planning. Always verify all information independently before booking.

Technical Failures

If a credit was deducted but no plan was generated due to a technical error on our platform, we will restore the credit to your account. Please contact us via the feedback form with details of the issue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unused credits within the eligible window:

  • Use the Give Feedback option in your account menu
  • Include your registered email address and purchase date
  • We will review and respond within 3–5 business days

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
