These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tryviago ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.

Tryviago is an AI-powered travel planning platform that generates itineraries, hotel suggestions, flight estimates, restaurant recommendations, and budget breakdowns. All content is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only.

We are not a travel agency, booking platform, or licensed travel advisor. We do not sell flights, hotels, or any travel products.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Use the Service only for lawful personal travel planning purposes
• Independently verify all AI-generated information before making bookings
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Not use the Service to generate content for commercial resale without permission
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others

All itineraries, prices, availability, and recommendations are AI-generated estimates. We make no warranty that any information is accurate, current, or complete.

Tryviago offers a free tier (1 plan per day) and paid credits for additional plans. Credits are:

• Non-transferable and non-refundable once used
• Valid indefinitely — they do not expire
• Processed securely via Stripe

The Tryviago platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. AI-generated itineraries created for your personal use may be saved and shared, but may not be resold or used commercially without written permission.

The Service contains links to third-party booking platforms (Booking.com, Skyscanner, etc.). These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for third-party content, pricing, or transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryviago shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Service
• Reliance on AI-generated travel information
• Any travel decisions, bookings, or expenses incurred
• Loss of data or service interruptions

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tryviago and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
